FLOYD HOOK JR.
paints and teaches with an attitude of color in all mediums; Watercolors - Acrylic - Oils
Floyd's goal to keep classes fresh and interesting leads him to pursue new
techniques by attending continuing education and studying with Master
Artists. He has studied under world known artists Wm Alexander, Lowell
Speers, Robert Warren, Lea Myles, Brenda Harris, Buck Paulson, Frank Clarke,
and Valerie Stewart to name a few.
Floyd can be found teaching beginner, intermediate, and advance classes at
his art studio in Springfield, Ohio. He travels extensively teaching groups
that painting is fun, not difficult. As a Master instructor certified by
Alexander Art Inc., he can be seen doing demonstrations at painting
conventions throughout the United States.
