| About the Artist
I was born and raised in southern Georgia but now reside in Florida. I
have had a love for art from a young age. I am mostly self taught and am
certified in acrylic and oil I also do pen and ink and watercolors.
I love doing portraits and murals. After I was certified to teach with
Alexander Art in acrylics and learned what a joy it was to teach, I was hooked
as a teacher. It is so rewarding to see someone who has never painted
complete their first painting and to know that you were their teacher. Oil
painting has changed a lot since I was a teenager first starting out. I
owe a lot to the teachers and instructors that I have learned from.
