| About the Artist
Elaine and her husband, Jack, moved to Fort Myers, Florida from the Pocono Mountain
area of Pennsylvania in 1993 to escape the cold winters of the north. After she
retired in 2003 from a career in hospice nursing, she decided to explore her
creative side. She began taking art classes with various instructors in Lee
County, Florida .
Although she has worked in all mediums, she finds watercolor, and pen and ink
with watercolor to be her specific interest.
Elaine is a member of the Visual Arts Center of Punta Gorda, the Estero Art
League and member of decorative artists. She has been a member of TEAM since
2004 and is a member of the first new certification group of southeast TEAM.
