Joe is a certified artist with 11 years experience. He is qualified to
teach Wet-on-Wet style. He studied under master artists, Bob Warren, Buck
Paulson and Lowell Speers. He is also a J-CAT (Jenkins Certified Artist)
under the tutelage of Gary and Kathryn Jenkins.
